Surgical instrument for endoscopic surgery, allowing the surgeon's finger articulation movements to be simulated, which comprises a rigid tube (3) whose distal end is articulated to a first phalange (4) that is in turn articulated to a second phalange (5), that is linked to the rigid tube (3) by means of cables housed in crossed conduits (12), located inside the first phalange (4), linking the movement of the second phalange (5) to that of the first phalange (4), articulation thereof being generated by actuation of the transmission bar (11), it being possible for the rigid tube (3) to be coupled to a grip (1) that incorporates a controller (2) for activating the articulation movement of the instrument by the surgeon, which activates a fork (14) that in turn acts on the transmission bar (11).
