A model application unit (10b) calculates each linear prediction coefficient of a multi-step linear prediction model by using a discrete reverberation signal. Next, a rear reverberation prediction unit (10c) calculates, as a rear reverberation prediction value, a linear prediction value obtained by substituting each linear prediction coefficient and the discrete reverberation signal in the linear prediction term of the multi-step linear prediction model. Next, a frequency region conversion unit (10d) converts the discrete reverberation signal into a discrete reverberation signal of the frequency region and converts the rear reverberation prediction value into a rear reverberation prediction value of the frequency region. A rear reverberation removal unit (10e) obtains a relative value between the amplitude spectrum of the discrete reverberation signal of the frequency region and the amplitude spectrum of the rear reverberation prediction value of the frequency region and makes the relative value as the amplitude spectrum prediction value of the rear reverberation removal signal.
