<p>A side panel multistage tension apparatus of a bus is provided to preclude a deflection phenomenon after welding a side panel by sensing the deflection degree of the side plane through a plurality of distance sensors and applying the tensile force according to the deflection degree. A side panel multistage tension apparatus of a bus comprises a gearing fixing end(1), a tension applying end(2), a controller(9), a hydraulic controller(10), and a hydraulic switching valve(12). The gearing fixing end holds one end of a side panel(S). The tension applying end has an LM guide combined with each position fixing device. The controller determined tensile force of the tension applying end through the information of a plurality of distance sensors of sensing the deflection of the side panel. The hydraulic controller controls the hydraulic generation of a hydraulic generator(11). The hydraulic switching valve supplies the hydraulic pressure to the tension applying end.</p> |
