#CMT# #/CMT# The device (10) has a heat sink element (20) immersed in a tank (11), where the element is in the form of fin-type radiator. An electrically supplied Peltier effect cooling module (50) has a lower heating surface (51) disposed against an upper surface (21) of the element. A base (24) has an upper surface and a lower surface that is disposed against a module`s upper cooling surface (52). The base is surmounted on a vent (25) in which a lower space (29) contains liquid to be analyzed (300). Re-armable type thermal protection fuses (30, 60) are fixed to the upper surfaces of the base and element. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used by a student for analyzing changing process e.g. cooling process, of a state of liquid (claimed) e.g. water, cyclohexane, salted water and glycerol, that is contained in a test tube, in college and secondary school laboratories, and also for observing physical phenomenon of the liquid. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The arrangement of the upper surface of the heat sink element and the cooling upper surface of the Peltier effect cooling module permits to obtain optimal output of the module while limiting the thermal efficiency loss of the module. The configuration of the device permits to analyze the changing process e.g. cooling process, of the liquid state on the dry lab table, without the need of requiring water evacuation or supply circuit and accessory support e.g. thermometer and agitator. The re-armable type thermal protection fuses permit to avoid overheating of the base of above 40 degree Celsius and to perform manipulation in an easy, rapid and safe manner in order to improve the concentration of the student while analyzing the state of liquid, thus permitting to perform different successful manipulations. The thermal protection fuses permit to avoid the destruction of the module in the case where the module is supplied without the presence of water in the tank and to avoid the manipulation error of the device.
