A system for flowing fluid by converting water level into a high water level energy is provided to install a water utilization facility easily and to reduce the construction time by cutting off a water path by piling up a bank, mounting a fluid pump at a high water level fluid path and burying the high water level fluid path at an upper part of the bank. A method for flowing fluid by converting water level into a high water level energy comprises the steps: cutting off a water path by building a bank(2); mounting a fluid pump(3) at a high water level fluid path(1) in which fluid flow path hole(7,8) are formed; burying the fluid pump in an upper part of the bank; operating the fluid pump for regulating air flow of the high water level fluid path; and converting the water level into the high water level energy by pumping up the high water level(9) to the high water level fluid path and naturally discharging to a lower water level. |
