SOLID-STATE IMAGING APPARATUS

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus capable of preventing the occurrence of color mixtures due to arrival of light with a large incident angle to element isolations.

SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus is provided with a semiconductor substrate 1, a plurality of pixels respectively having a light-receiving sensor 2 formed on the semiconductor substrate, the element isolations 3 respectively formed between the respective pixels in the semiconductor substrate, and insulating films 4 respectively formed on the pixels and at the upper part of the element isolations. A relation between a refractive index n1of the insulating film and a refractive index n2of the element isolation is n12.
