摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a mounting defect by reducing the pattern deviation of each terminal in terminal groups arranged in a connection substrate and an electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: An electrooptical device includes: an electrooptical panel 110; and the connection substrate 120 mounted on the panel. The electrooptical panel includes the first terminal group 115G with the plurality of first terminals 115t arrayed therein. The connection substrate includes the second terminal group 125G with the plurality of second terminals 125t arrayed therein. The mounting range of the electrooptical panel and the connection substrate includes: a terminal arrayal region where the plurality of first terminals are substantially arrayed by predetermined period; and a terminal lacking region where the first terminals lack over a larger range than the predetermined period or first dummy terminals 115Dt are formed.
