PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve positively working when a filter becomes not less than a predetermined pressure while a valve body fixes the filter with a predetermined pressure. SOLUTION: The pressure control valve comprises a substrate 1 having a through hole 1a; a filter 2 covering the through hole 1a; a substantially cylindrical rubber-made valve body 3 having a center axis almost coaxial on the center axis of the through hole 1a and used to press the filter 2; and a cap 4 pressing the valve body 3, fixed on the substrate 1 and having a vent 4a. In the valve, the contact area of the valve body 3 with the internal surface of the cap 4 is smaller than its contact area with the filter 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
