PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a program for computing the importance of electronic information in a network information processing system dealing with electronic information such as static images, documents or presentation materials. SOLUTION: Electronic information is acquired from an image information database (S110). If there is master information in the acquired electronic information, the total number of the master information is counted (S120, S121), and if there is slave information in the acquired electronic information, the total number of the slave information is counted (S130, S131). The importance of the acquired electronic information is computed from the total number of the counted master information and the total number of the counted slave information (S140).
