PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor an abnormality in boiler-room constituting equipment with no trouble, and to save electric power consumption. SOLUTION: This boiler room monitor 1 for monitoring operation conditions of a plurality of boilers 3, 3, etc is provided with a first display 19 for displaying whether the operation condition of each boiler 3 is normal or not, a second display 20 arranged at the periphery of the first display 19 and displaying whether all the boilers 3, 3 etc are normal or not, a person sensor 22, and a controller 24 for controlling the first display 19 and the second display 20 based on a signal from the person sensor 22, and the controller 24 supplies electric power to the first display 19 when a person is determined to approach, and stops the power supply to the first display 19, or supplies the power supply slightly thereto, when the person is determined not to approach.
