PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded body which is made by laminating a surface resin layer on a synthetic resin base material with an adhesive layer placed between them, causes no wrinkle even when the molded body is subjected to a secondary thermal process such as thermo-bending, and shows good flaw resistance. SOLUTION: In the molded body made by laminating the surface resin layer 3 on the synthetic resin base material 1 with the adhesive layer 2 placed between them, the adhesive layer 2 is composed of a polyurethane-based resin prepared by compounding a polyisocyanate and a polyol, the molar equivalent of the isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate being larger than the molar equivalent of the hydroxyl group of the polyol, and reacting them. The ratio of the molar equivalent of the isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate to the molar equivalent of the hydroxyl group of the polyol (the molar equivalent of the isocyanate group/the molar equivalent of the hydroxyl group) satisfies 1.0<(the molar equivalent of the isocyanate group)/(the molar equivalent of the hydroxyl group)≤5.0 in order to let the isocyanate group remain in the adhesive layer.
