PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot device, varying the expression of the face, based upon information to make speech. SOLUTION: A hollow spherical screen casing 50 in which a fluorescent layer 51 is formed is provided. In the interior of the casing, provided are: a cellular phone 20 for receiving the information such as a mail; a first laser plotting device 30 plotting the mouth shape in an ellipse from the inside based on the received information; a second laser plotting device plotting the shapes of the right and left eyes in an ellipse; and a speaker device 26. The first laser plotting device 30 and the second laser plotting device 40 vary the respective elliptical shapes according to the received information of the cellular phone 20. That is, the mouth shape and the eye shape of the robot device are varied. Simultaneously the speaker device 26 amplifies the voice output of the cellular phone 20. Thus, the robot device varies the expression of the face to make speech. The laser plotting devices emit fluorescence by a fluorescent layer 51 at the back of the screen casing 50.
