PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper diaper which is excellent in design and the design of which is clearly discriminated to improve the visibility in the possibility of urination and to facilitate the determination thereof. SOLUTION: A liquid impermeable sheet has a first design part 30 to generate visual changes upon being in contact with excreted body fluid at a position in an area occupied by an absorptive element. A second design sheet 20 different from the liquid impermeable sheet is set to the back side than the liquid impermeable sheet so as to be mutually overlapped with the liquid impermeable sheet in plan view and the inner face side of an outer face sheet 10. The second design sheet 20 has a second design part 21 to be a standard of a position to fasten a hook element of a fastening piece 7 as a target print sheet. Visual changes of the first design part 30 and the second design part 21 are visible from the back side of the product and the first design part 30 and the second design part 21 exist on different positions viewed from the back side.
