PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing body capable of securely cushioning and fixing even a body to be packed with a curved face by using only a corrugated board material and capable extremely facilitating the supply and disposal of the material. SOLUTION: The packing body is used for packing an approximately cylindrical body 10 to be packed that has a curved face part 10a. The packing body includes a tray part 21 for supporting the side faces of both ends of the body 10 to be packed, a pair of post parts 22 extending upright so as to cover the curved face parts 10a of the ends of the body 10 to be packed supported on the tray part 21 when viewed from above, and a band-like rotation-resisting part 23 disposed along the curved face part 10a of the body 10 to be packed such that both ends of the part 23 are fixed in the contact part of the post part 22 and tray part 21. A pair of the posts 22 are pressed to the tray part 21 side in the direction of the height such that both ends of the rotation-resisting part 23 are fixed to the tray part 21. Accordingly, the rotation-resisting part 23 restricts rotating force of the body 10 along the curved face part 10a of the body 10 to be packed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
