PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a western style toilet capable of providing a step to be used when a child uses the toilet, preventing the step from becoming an obstacle when not using it and facilitating execution. SOLUTION: For the western style toilet 1, a toilet seat 5 and a lid 6 are freely swingably attached to a main body part 2. The main body part 2 is a part to be installed to a floor surface, and a step member 10 is provided to the lower end part of the main body part 2.
