PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool enabling quick and accurate manual binding of a leader to a fishing hook in a state that the leader is connected to the fishing rod and a reel. SOLUTION: The hook-eye or therearound of a fishing hook is inserted into a gap at the tip end of a main body 1 and fastened with a bolt 2 and a nut 7. The leader clamped and fixed with the rearmost leader fixing tool 4 is wound around the shank of the hook while lightly pulling the leader along a guide groove 5 to complete the leader binding operation.
