The anchor has anchor body (6) and single piece formed pallets (17,18). The entire anchor body with pallets has a ceramic material, which receives a finished end form by consolidating in a provisional press form, and a following thermal treatment in the melting range, as well as by further press consolidating in a highly precise press form. The h-shape cross section profile is symmetrically designed regarding a centre plane, and that the total width of the edge bars corresponds to the plate width.
