A variable valve structure of an exhaust pipe is provided to reduce opening/closing noise of a valve generated when a variable valve is instantaneously closed, by arranging a wire in a variable valve and magnets in a pipe. A variable valve structure of an exhaust pipe(10) is hinge-coupled to one side of the exhaust pipe by a resilient member(40). A wire is embedded so as to pass through the tip end of a variable valve(20). A current is supplied to the wire. A magnetic field generating section(12) includes an N-pole magnet and an S-pole magnet located apart from each other. The magnetic field generating section is installed in the exhaust pipe adjacent to the tip end of the variable valve. A force is applied in the direction in which the magnetic field prohibits the variable valve from being closed with respect to the wire.
