An apparatus for float and foam removal in a water tank is provided to remove and pulverize float and foam generated during the treating process of water to supply cleaner water. An apparatus for float and foam removal in a water tank includes a collecting portion for collecting float and foam, a removing portion for removing the foam and float and an inverse transferring portion for re-treating the collected float and foam. In the collecting portion, an inflow pipe and a collecting pipe are coupled, and a collecting cloth(4) having a collecting pipe insertion hole is coupled to enclose a support(3). In the removing portion, a removing tank(5) is installed in the shape of closing the upper side parts of the collecting cloth(4) and the support(3). A water spray pipe(6) is inserted into one end of the removing tank.
