An inverter which increases the radiation efficiency and electrically insulates a full up switching device and a full down switching device by directly transferring heat generated from switching devices to heat sinks is provided. A welder inverter having switching devices and heat sinks contacted one to one comprises: a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) substrate(10); a full up switching device(21) and a full down switching device(22) mounted on the PCB substrate; and a first heat sink(31) and a second heat sink(32) which are adhered onto the PCB substrate and contacted with the full up switching device and the full down switching device respectively. The switching devices are IGBTs(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors). The welder inverter further comprises a stacking and connecting means on which another PCB substrate is stacked such that the PCB substrates are connected to each other in a state that the another PCB substrate is spaced from the PCB substrate in a predetermined distance.
