摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid power system using gasoline or light oil which can be fed at a usual gas station as materials for fuel gas supplied to fuel gas modules. <P>SOLUTION: Air-fuel mixture of air and fuel gas of vaporized hydrocarbon is burned in an engine 11 to generate mechanical power. The reformed hydrocarbon fuel gas is supplied to fuel electrode layers of a fuel cell module 13 in which a plurality of power generating cells each of which is composed of a solid electrolyte layer and a fuel electrode layer and air electrode layer formed on both side of this, respectively, are layered and the air or oxygen gas to the air layers so that the fuel cell module can generate power at 930&deg;C or less. The engine is a reciprocating engine or a rotary engine which is constructed so that both or either of the mechanical power generated by this engine and/or electric power generated by the fuel cell module can be output and the fuel cell module may be heated and started by exhaust gas discharged from the engine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
