<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED substrate that reduces cost and improves color uniformity by integrating an LED driving section and a thin film light sensor on the substrate; a method of manufacturing the LED substrate; and a liquid crystal display device using it. <P>SOLUTION: The LED substrate includes: a plurality of driving TFTs having a semiconductor layer deposited on a substrate; a plurality of LEDs mounted respectively on the plurality of driving TFTs, for generating lights of different wavelengths; a plurality of thin film sensors formed between each of the plurality of LEDs and the substrate, for sensing the luminous intensities of the plurality of LEDs; and a luminance adjustment circuit comprising a plurality of TFTs including a semiconductor layer deposited on the substrate and being connected to the plurality of thin film sensors, thus controlling the driving TFTs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
