<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity by the configuration of a pressure leading passage applicable to any volume control valve. <P>SOLUTION: A volume control valve 50 selectively opening or closing pressure feed passages connecting a discharge area in a housing 3 to a crankcase 5 is built in the housing 3. The discharge area and the volume control valve 50 in the pressure feed passage are connected to each other through two pressure leading passages 34a, 34b with a through groove 34c recessed in the inner end surface of the housing 3 interposed therebetween.
