<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station apparatus for conducting self-monitoring of the operation even when a dedicated testing apparatus is not provided. <P>SOLUTION: The base station apparatus includes: a measuring information storing means for previously storing the related information of the information identifying a location and the receiving condition information at a mobile terminal located in this location; a location information receiving means for receiving the location information of the mobile terminal; a terminal selecting means for selecting the mobile terminal located in the location to conduct the operation test on the basis of the location information received with the location information receiving means; a receiving condition requesting means for transmitting a transmission request of the receiving condition information to the mobile terminal selected with the terminal selecting means; a receiving condition receiving means for receiving the receiving condition information transmitted from the mobile terminal in response to the transmission request of the receiving condition information; and a determining means for determining operating condition by comparing the receiving condition information of the location to conduct the operation test stored in the measuring information storing means with the receiving condition information received by the receiving condition receiving means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
