<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver program for making a host device execute the processing of a print request for achieving printing with high power of expression even when the host device is not able to receive any information from a printer side with respect to the printing of a status sheet in a host base printer. <P>SOLUTION: A driver program for making a host device execute a print request to a host base printer is configured to make the host device execute processing including, when the host device is not able to receive the status information of the printer from the printer in receiving a request for the printing of the status information, generating image data and header information including information showing the content of the status information about all content to be acquired by the printer concerning the status information to be printed in each of a plurality of predetermined areas configuring one page, and transmitting them to the printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
