PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the output shaft support structure of a rotary atomizer constituted so as to absorb vibration energy to reduce the load applied to a bearing and to reduce troubles caused by vibrations such as the damage of the bearing, the deformation of the output shaft even in a case that vibration force becomes large. SOLUTION: In the rotary atomizer constituted so that the output shaft having a rotary disk provided to its lower end is formed into a support structure so as to be supported at a plurality of points in its axial direction to be rotated at a high speed by a high speed motor or a speed accelerator which constitutes the drive system connected to the upper end side of the output shaft and the jet material supplied to the rotary disk is ejected from the jet nozzles provided to the rotary disk to be atomized, the support parts of the output shaft supported at a plurality of points in its axial (thrust) direction are supported by radial bearings not restricted in the thrust direction and an attenuation means for absorbing the vibration in a radial direction is provided at least on the outer peripheral side of the radial bearing positioned on the attaching side of the rotary disk.
