PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that useless processing has been performed in failure determination processing relating to a plurality of failures such as blur determination processing or exposure failure determination processing in order to determine whether or not an image is defective, thereby the determination time is increased. SOLUTION: This defective image determination device for determining whether or not an image is defective by using a plurality of failure determination processing whose processing content is different is provided with an additional information acquisition part for acquiring additional information added to the image data of an image in photographing the image; an order deciding part for deciding the order of determination in executing a plurality of failure determination processing based on the additional information; and a determination execution part for successively executing a plurality of failure determination processing according to the order of determination.
