PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision preventive controller for an unmanned vehicle which performs appropriate control even when a plurality of unmanned vehicles simultaneously proceed into a merging area. SOLUTION: In the collision preventive controller for the unmanned vehicle is equipped with a transmitting means mounted on each unmanned vehicle, a receiving means for receiving a detection signal and a transmission means for transmitting the detection signal from the transmitting means to an unmanned vehicle on other merging path, it is equipped with a priority setting means for preliminarily setting priority of each merging path when the unmanned vehicles simultaneously proceed into the merging area, a priority transmission means for transmitting the priority to the unmanned vehicles in the merging area and a collision preventive control means for making the unmanned vehicles perform predetermined collision preventive operations when the unmanned vehicles receive detection signals of other vehicle having the priority higher than that of the own-vehicle transmitted by the priority transmission means.
