PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of preventing noise. SOLUTION: This scroll compressor forms a plurality of compression spaces compressing a refrigerant by mutually meshing a fixed scroll 23 and a turning scroll 25 of erecting spiral wall bodies 23b and 25b on one side surface of respective end plates. Step height parts 42 and 43 forming a step height in the inside-outside directions of a spiral, are arranged on the one side surface of the end plates. Stepped parts 44 and 45 becoming low on the central part side of the spiral and becoming high on the outside end side, are arranged on the upper edge of the wall bodies 23b and 25b. A thin part 51 expanding a width between the wall bodies 23b and 25b, is formed over a predetermined distance range in the outside direction along a vortex of the spiral from the step height parts 42 and 43 in the wall bodies 23b and 25b.
