PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material hard to dent and excelling in various material properties such as scratch resistance, wear resistance, antifouling property and water resistance. SOLUTION: The floor material with a decorative material laminated on one side of plywood through an adhesive layer formed of ionizing radiation cured resin is characterized in that the ionizing radiation cured resin forming the adhesive layer contains chemically treated wood flour and that the adhesive layer is formed of a composition wherein the compounding ratio of the resin and chemically treated wood flour is 45-80 pts.wt. as resin and 55-20 pts.wt. as chemically treated wood flour so as to be 100 pts.wt. as a total amount.
