PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector panel for a vehicle such as a fender panel having a favorable flexibility, etc. rigidity and strength of a required portion of which are effectively improved without causing molding failure such as short shot and airtight in injection molding. SOLUTION: This synthetic resin made protector panel for the vehicle furnished with a first rib 11 of a projected line arranged along a thick end edge part 8 and a plurality of second ribs 12 extensively provided toward the thick end edge part 8 from the first rib 11 on one surface of a thin plate type panel main body having the thick end edge part 8 on at least a part of an end edge and mounted on a vehicle body for vehicle protection, etc. has a third rib 13 extensively provided from either one of the thick end edge part 8, the first rib 11 and the second ribs 12 toward a region surrounded by the thick end edge part 8, the first rib 11 and the second ribs 12 on the one surface of the panel main body.
