PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet punching die and a balance adjusting blade block, which decrease the quantity of balance adjusting blade used, attain a high balance adjusting function, use the balance adjusting blade to the respective punching dies in common, and reduce the adjusting time in installing the punching die. SOLUTION: This sheet punching die includes: a product die part 2 and a balance die part 3. The product die part and the balance die part are disposed separate from each other so that a punching area of the product die part is put in a product part of a sheet to be punched, and a punching area of the balance die part is apart from the product part of the sheet to be punched. The balance die part is constructed by combination of two or more blade blocks formed by embedding blades in assembled and disassembled bases and/or no-blade blocks without embedded blades. The balance adjusting blade block is provided for constituting the balance die part 3 for adjusting the punching load to make punching uniform, and constructed by embedding blades in assembled and disassembled bases.
