PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool member replacement tool, safely, simply and quickly attaching and detaching a tool member to a tool. SOLUTION: This tool member replacement tool 10 is a tool for attaching and detaching the tool member to the tool by fastening and loosening a hexagonal nut as a fastening member. The tool includes: a base 1; a hexagonal hole 1a in which the tool is inserted in attaching and detaching the tool member; a bearing 2 held on the base 1; a rotary link 3 supported to the base 1 through a bearing 2 to freely rotate around the hexagonal hole 1a; a lever 6 pivoted on the rotary link 3 through a bolt 4; an engagement groove 6a formed in a lever 6 and engaged with the hexagonal nut when the tool is inserted and held in the hexagonal hole 1a; and a handle 7 integrated with the lever 6 to rock the lever 6 to the rotary link 3 when the engagement groove 6a is not engaged with the hexagonal nut, and integrally rotating the lever 6 and the rotary link 3 when the engagement groove 6a is engaged with the hexagonal nut on receiving the operating force.
