PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist collector in a washing apparatus eliminating a hazing phenomenon caused by mist by collecting the fine moisture mist generated during washing work in a washing chamber, and cleaning or drying works. SOLUTION: A first collection means provided to reduce the speed of air and discharge it, flowing into a casing by a cyclone disposed above the casing; a second collection means with a demister member using electret nonwoven fabric pieces mounted in the casing; and a common suction port formed by integrating suction ports of a two-chamber type Root blower, are sequentially connected to a suction pipe communicated with the washing chamber. A discharge port of one chamber of the blower is connected to a nozzle provided in a drying chamber, and air discharged from a discharge port of the other chamber is released to the atmosphere. By operating the blower, air containing mist in the washing chamber is sucked to collect mist in the air by the first and second collection means. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
