PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the DC voltage of a DC power supply device is suddenly dropped because the DC power supply device becoming the drive source of a microcomputer for controlling writing operation is used in the operation of a solenoid or a cooling DC fan when the data such as operation condition or the like of a centrifugal separator is written in a non-volatile memory in a case that an AC power supply is cut off and the writing operation to the memory is completed on the way to cause writing failure. SOLUTION: When the operation data or the like of the centrifugal separator 1 is written in the non-volatile memory 21 when the AC power supply is cut off, the cutting-off of the power supply is discriminated by a power supply monitor 28 and the DC drive device 100 of the solenoid 10 or the cooling DC fan 11 is stopped.
