A device for automatically injecting a detergent and a washing machine having the same are provided to inject predetermined amount of the detergent in accordance with rotation speed of a rotor rotated by a rotor rotation unit, thereby improving convenience and preventing clothes from being damaged. A device for automatically injecting a detergent comprises a detergent cup(64), a detergent box(70), a rotor(90), and a rotor rotation unit(100). A detergent outlet(62) is formed at one end of the detergent cup. The detergent cup stores the detergent. The detergent box has a detergent outlet(80), and stores the detergent dropped from the detergent outlet of the detergent cup. The rotor is rotatably placed at the detergent box to supply the detergent to the detergent outlet of the detergent box. The rotor rotation unit rotates the rotor. The detergent is automatically injected according to the rotation speed of the rotor. |
