An apparatus and a method for monitoring illegal radiowaves by using a network comprising plural radars are provided to obtain more detailed information about illegal radiowaves by estimating the origination location of illegal radiowaves based on the strength of illegal radiowaves, received from plural radars. An illegal radiowave monitoring server(102), connected with a network composed plural radars(103), comprises a detection request receiving part(201), an illegal radiowave information receiving part(202), a transmission location estimating part(203), and a transmission location information transmitting part(204). The detection request receiving part(201) receives an illegal radiowave detection request from a user terminal(101). The illegal radiowave information receiving part(202) receives illegal radiowave information, including illegal radiowave strength, from the radars(103) in response to the detection request. The transmission location estimating part(203) estimates the origination location of illegal radiowaves based on the illegal radiowave strength. The transmission location information transmitting part(204) transmits the estimated origination location to the user terminal(101). |
