摘要 A method and an apparatus for optimizing a cross-layer based on queues in a wireless ad-hoc network are provided to determine the maximum available traffic flow by determining a flow rate in consideration of queue conditions in a transport layer and to preferentially service a congestion link by executing scheduling on the basis of queue information in a MAC(Media Access Control) layer. In a transport layer, a node initializes a flow rate(510), and transmits a flow necessary for the calculation of a link price(520). Then, the node calculates the link price by using the number of packets of a queue and the link prices of neighbor nodes(530). The node updates the flow rate by using the calculated link price(540). In a MAC layer, the node, if the link price is calculated, decides channel access ranks for broadcasted link price values(550). The node determines back-off time by using the decided ranks(560), and transmits packets(570).
