<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, an information storage medium and an image creation system to create images through a lighting process and a bump process. <P>SOLUTION: The image creation system includes an object space setting part, a texture storage part and a lighting process part. The texture storage part stores a color map texture having a color pattern corresponding to the development of a character's first parts object and for which the surface and the color of the first parts object are set in a texel, and a reflection map texture having a reflection information pattern corresponding to the development of the first parts object and for which reflection information is set in a texel.
