<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a display quality by lessening a variation of an output current from a source driver circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The source driver circuit has a multi-stage current mirror circuit making a current source three-stage compositions 631, 632, 633. A current value of a fist stage current source 631 is copied by the current mirror circuit on N pieces (N: an arbitrary integer) of a second stage current source 632. Furthermore, a current value of the second stage current source 632 is copied by the current mirror circuit on M pieces (M: an arbitrary integer) of a third stage current source 633. By the composition, as the result, the current value of the first stage current source 631 is copied on N×M pieces of the third current source 633. By regarding the current of the third stage current source 633 as a reference current, for instance, if it is 64 gradations, 63 pieces of the current mirror circuit are formed in each source signal line, and a desired current can be applied on the source signal line by selecting the number of the current mirror circuits. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
