<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally compose a plurality of lamp units different in a light distribution characteristic or color tone of emission light by increasing the degree of freedom of design by achieving miniaturization; and to provide a LED lamp for vehicle having a retroreflective function as well. <P>SOLUTION: In the LED lamp composed by arranging a plurality of LEDs used as light sources in a lamp chamber formed with a lens and a housing, a surface of the lens 1 on the inside of the lamp chamber is formed into a cross-sectionally sawtooth-shaped prism lens surface with a plurality of triangular prisms 3 each having an apex angle 6 directed toward the inside of the lamp chamber formed nearly in parallel with one another; and the plurality of LEDs 7 are arranged on the respective sides with the respective triangular prisms 3 interposed therebetween by directing the optical axes of the LEDs 7 toward the respective side surfaces 8 of the triangular prisms 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
