PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose cassette easily and surely installable, simply structured, and highly safe during operation and a peristaltic hose pump system. SOLUTION: Both ends 5, 6 of a pump hose segment 4 are secured to a cassette housing 3 by a first fixing element 7 and a second fixing element 8. The first fixing element 7 and the second fixing element 8 are disposed at the first front portion 9 of the cassette housing 3. The cassette housing 3 comprises a recess 10 for engaging the roller wheel 11 of a pump 2 with the inner part of the cassette housing 3. When the hose cassette 1 is not inserted into the pump 2, the pump hose segment 4 extends along a fan-shaped arc K expanding at an angle of at least 90°in the hose cassette 1.
