PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence device which exhibits appropriate light emission luminance and service life, has less dark spot during driving and is high in aging stability under high temperature and high moisture, and to provide a display device and a lighting device using the same. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence device is provided with an electrode and at least two layers of an organic layer on a substrate. At least one layer of the organic layers is a light emitting layer containing a phosphorescence compound, whose HOMO is -5.15 to -3.50 eV and LUMO is -1.25 to +1.00 eV.
