PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording execution control device capable of ripping only those suited to user's taste. SOLUTION: A recorder R for detecting information recorded in a CD to perform ripping for recording in an HD is provided with: an input part 7 for inputting a permission attribute which is the attribute of information to be permitted as an object to be permitted for ripping; and a CPU 3 for detecting attribute information indicating the attribute of information to be ripped actually from the CD, determining whether the attribute indicated by the detected attribute information coincides with the permission attribute, and executing ripping when they coincide with each other.
