PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction device, an instruction system, an instruction method and an instruction program for projecting an annotation image in association with the position change of an object with less computation complexity. SOLUTION: In the instruction system 1 having a server 50, which transmits a photographic image photographed by a video camera 20 for photographing an object 200 to a terminal 100 and makes a projector 40 project an annotation image corresponding to an instruction based on the photographic image issued by the terminal 100 onto the object 200, the server 50 extracts the featured points of the object 200 based on the photographic image, and converts the annotation image to be projected onto the object 200 according to the change of the positions of the featured points of the extracted object 200, and projects the annotation image onto the object 200 by the projector 40.
