摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion control system which performs synchronous operation in an optimal minimum delay time in accordance with network load situations changing every minute, and does not cause imperfect synchronization even when abnormality has occurred in the network. SOLUTION: The control system is provided with: a delay monitoring processing part 13 for instructing each of motion controllers 1, 5, and 6 to measure communication delay in a preset delay monitoring cycle when the controller is a master itself, or to return a measurement result to the master when the controller is a slave; and a synchronization control processing part 14 for instructing a motion control processing part 11 and the slave to start operation in a time adding the delay time to the current time during the synchronous operation when the controller is a master itself, and for instructing the motion control processing part 11 to start operation in a time instructed by the master when it is a slave.
