PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional scroll compressor wherein the number of the movements of discontinuous contact point during one turn is increased and noise is increased though its rotation preventing structure for restricting the rotation of a compliant frame around its axis is formed by the combination of reamer pins with reamer holes. SOLUTION: The rotation preventing structure for restricting the rotation of the compliant frame around its axis formed of the reamer pins fixed to one of the compliant frame and a guide frame and the reamer holes formed in the other to which the reamer pins are not fixed and in which the reamer pins are inserted is formed by the combination of the pair of reamer pins and the pair of reamer holes. The diametrical gap between each reamer pin and each reamer hole at the engagement part is set larger than the diametrical gap between the compliant frame and the guide frame at the fitting part to which both fitting cylindrical surfaces thereof are fitted to each other.
