发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING ORGANIC-INORGANIC HYBRID STRUCTURE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic/inorganic hybrid structure which can use a completely water-based system and is excellent in the cost performance and thus costly competitive, particularly the method for producing an organic/inorganic hybrid excellent in water resistance or surface strength. SOLUTION: A solid organic polymer substance having a group bindable with a hydrogen atom is immersed in an active silicic acid solution, to thereby form a hybrid structure between the organic polymeric substance and silicic acid. The active silicic acid is produced by subjecting an aqueous solution of an alkali metal silicate to an alkali metal removing treatment by an ion-exchanger, or by adding an acid to an aqueous solution of an alkali metal silicate to adjust pH to 7 or less. The alkali metal silicate is preferably potassium silicate or lithium silicate. The typical example of the organic polymeric substance having a group bindable with a hydrogen atom is a water-soluble polymer such as polyvinyl alcohol. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
