PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer control device capable of controlling a stabilizer in high response. SOLUTION: This stabilizer control device to control rolling rigidity of the stabilizer by a motor is characteristically furnished with the motor 12 having regenerating function, the stabilizer 10 free to change torsional rigidity by the motor 12 by connecting right and left wheels, vehicle behavior detection means 20, 21, 22, 31 to detect vehicle behavior, a regenerating electric current setting means 31 to set a regenerating electric current of the motor 12 in accordance with the vehicle behavior detected by the vehicle behavior detection means 20, 21, 22, 31 and a regenerating electric current changing means 31a to change the regenerating electric current of the motor to be the regenerating electric current set by the regenerating electric current setting means 31.
