A concrete structure and a wooden rafter are provided to prevent the wooden material from being corroded by connecting the wooden rafter to the concrete structure with an anchor bolt and installing a ventilation port at a spacer or an attached wood. In a concrete structure and a wooden rafter, a method for forming a junction of the concrete structure and the wooden rafter comprises the steps of constructing the concrete structure, forming a metal anchor at the concrete structure, and connecting the wooden rafter on the concrete structure.
